10 Mar 2019 Ubisoft's Day-One Patch For 'The Division 2' on PS4 is 90 Gigabytes one, with the more junior ones left to handle post-release patches and DLC. Heck, even Destiny for PC did not include any disk, just a download code.

Try to start a new download DLC on website (push "download" couple times if its not adds on PS4 from the first time you try download) and after this its finnaly add's on PS4 download(you will see it in download notification).
